We are investigating an issue causing delays in order processing for a subset of customers. Website orders may remain in a pending state longer than expected, and Business Verification orders that include a Website order are delayed as a result. A smaller number of other order types are also affected.
Order submission is unaffected and no data has been lost. Orders queued during this period will be processed once the issue is resolved. We will provide an update within 60 minutes.
