Directory Synchronization, Continuity, and Threat Remediation Issues

We are aware that some customers may be experiencing intermittent issues related to automatic and manual directory synchronization, including new connection creation and existing connection edits. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

We have updated the scope of the impact to include Threat Remediation and Continuity features across all grids, in addition to Directory Synchronization. We have identified the issue and are working to resolve it. We are seeing improvements and will provide further updates as they become available.

Recovery is ongoing for the incident affecting Directory Synchronization, Threat Remediation, and Continuity, and we continue to see improvements. We are closely monitoring performance and will provide further updates as they become available.
