Mimecast.com Availability Degraded

We are currently experiencing degraded availability with https://www.mimecast.com. Investigations are underway. Please note, our customer facing services are unaffected.

We believe we have identified the issue with accessing our website. Microsoft has acknowledged an issue with their Azure portal, https://azure.status.microsoft/status. We continue to work on resolution. Our customer facing platform has remained unaffected.

While we have seen some improvement, we are still experiencing website availability issues and are continuing to work with the provider. Further updates will be provided here. Our customer facing platform remains unaffected.

We are still seeing intermittent access to the website and continue to work with the provider. Microsoft acknowledges Azure recovery is underway, during which time availability may still be unstable or flapping. Our customer facing platform remains unaffected.

To provide greater clarity we have instituted a temporary maintenance page while Microsoft continues to mitigate. Microsoft expects recovery to happen by 23:20 UTC on 29 October 2025, if not sooner. Our team continues to actively monitor the situation and further updates will be made available here as they develop.
