We are currently experiencing a degradation of Mimecast services that rely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) due to an ongoing AWS outage. This issue is impacting customers in the US and USB grids. As a result, customers may experience degraded performance or intermittent access to affected Mimecast services.

Mimecast confirms most of Mimecast services in the US-A and US-B grids have now been restored and are fully functional. Aware - US Azure East remains in a degraded state post AWS resolution. Our engineering teams continue to work towards full resolution and are actively monitoring all services. We will provide further updates as progress is made.
