Mimecast web portal access issue

We are aware that customers may be experiencing issues accessing the Mimecast web portals. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

We believe we have identified the issue affecting access to the Mimecast portal on the US grid. Previously it was reported that the issue was global but further investigations have determined this is only impacting the US-A grid. Our mitigation efforts are underway, and we will provide further updates here as they become available. Please note that mail flow remains unaffected, and all other services are operating normally.
