We are aware of a service disruption impacting a subset of customers hosted on the AU Grid. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

We are aware of a service disruption that is impacting email processing and access to our Mimecast administration console for subset of customers on the AU Grid. These customers have account codes starting with CAU14, CAU12, CAU16, CAU21, CAU22, CAU20, CAU27. We are investigating this issue and will post further updates here.

We believe we have identified the issue affecting email processing and access to our Mimecast administration console for subset of customers on the AU Grid and are working to resolve it. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We are monitoring the issue of our recent service disruption on AU grid that impacted email processing and access to our administration console. The Engineering team is closely monitoring the situation and we expect customers should be operating as per normal now. We will provide further updates here.
