South Africa (ZA) grid degraded performance

We can confirm that email processing and accessibility to the administration console have been restored for customers hosted on the ZA grid. There may be some delays in the mail processing as the backlog continues to clear. We will continue to closely monitor performance but can confirm that all services should now be functioning normally.

We believe we have identified the issue affecting some customers hosted on ZA grid and are working to resolve it. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We have taken mitigation steps and can confirm that access to Mimecast administration console has been restored and we continue to see improved email processing performance for customers hosted on our ZA grid. We are continuing our resolution and further updates will be posted here.
