We have identified an issue impacting the Mindbody Appointment Checkout workflow. Mindbody customers may experience an error when attempting to checkout a customer through the appointment checkout workflow. As a workaround Mindbody customers can successfully select to checkout through retail. Thank you for your patience while we work to restore services. Our next update will be at 12:30PM PDT.

Our engineering teams have implemented a fix and new appointments through the apply checkout workflow will work successfully.

However, any appointments that previously experienced an error when attempting to checkout will continue to experience an error through the apply payment workflow. Our engineering teams are working to implement an additional fix which will correct any appointments that are still experiencing issues.
