The TSYS payment processor is continuing to work on the funding cycles for the delayed deposits from batch dates 10/23/2026 - 10/26/2026.

Some merchants may have received their deposits today, and remaining batches are expected to be deposited tomorrow, 10/29/2026.

We appreciate your patience while we continue to monitor the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We've received an update from the TSYS processor regarding the delayed deposits for batch dates 10/23/2026 through 10/26/2026. The processor is working on releasing impacted batches in cycles:

• 8AM EST
• 2PM EST
• 5PM EST


If your deposit did not arrive with an earlier batch, it may be included in a batch released later today. We appreciate your patience.

We have identified an issue with a third-party upstream provider impacting TSYS customers. Some Mindbody customers using the TSYS processor may experience a delay in payouts for some transactions from batch dates 10/23/2026 - 10/26/2026. The processor has advised that impacted merchants should see funds for these transactions as early as Wednesday, 10/28/2026.
