Cloud Provider Outage

Our 3rd party cloud provider, Cloudflare, has implemented a fix and services have recovered. We’re monitoring as services are back online to ensure system stability.

For Mindbody customers we’ve identified the Mindbody Business App is functioning as a workaround.

We’re continuing to work with Cloudflare to restore full functionality as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Our 3rd party upstream cloud provider, Cloudflare, is experiencing an outage affecting Mindbody, Booker, FitMetrix, Insights, Marketing Suite, and Messenger [ai]. Customers are unable to access the affected services and we will provide additional updates as we receive them.

We’ve identified a 3rd party upstream provider, Cloudflare, impacting Mindbody. Mindbody customers are experiencing a security error page when attempting to log into and navigate through the Mindbody Web Software. Our next update will be at 6:30AM PT.
