The root cause of the issue has been now identified and a fix applied.
Previously issued certificates are now available to access, any new certificates issued today will be released soon once the certificate queue has cleared.
We have been made aware of issues relating to the issuance of Type-Specific ECDIS course certificates. The error identified is denying access to the certificate once an exam attempt is authenticated.
