Microsoft reports they have implemented a fix and are monitoring results.

Microsoft reports they are reverting a recent update while their investigation continues. In the meantime, Microsoft reports that users can access specific apps by using their direct URL. IS&T has posted these URLs in the Knowledge Base: http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/x/3i7SCQ
