Customers may continue to experience delays in workflow execution and related processing activities while remediation efforts remain in progress. Our teams are closely monitoring the environment and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

We have identified the underlying trigger causing the performance degradation and are actively implementing remediation and validation steps. Our teams continue to monitor the environment and work toward full resolution. Further updates will be provided as they become available

We are seeing a degradation of workflow processing performance in the IAZ PRD environment for a subset of customers. Cloud operations have been engaged and are actively investigating this issue further.
