April 2026: Issue with Emails & Activities in CRM and communication in monday Service
Monday's CRM and Service platforms experienced a 1-hour incident where users could not send emails from the Emails & Activities feature, receiving error messages stating "Email wasn't sent due to an issue on our end." Some users also lost access to the email timeline and settings, seeing messages that an administrator had removed their access. The issue was fully resolved after users were advised to refresh their browsers.
