We are currently experiencing a downtime with Paystack Titan, which is affecting mandate approvals. As a result, mandates are not being approved after users send the N50 authorization fee.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide an update once the service is restored.
In the meantime, we recommend using Fidelity Bank as the destination account for authorization transfers.
