This incident have been resolved.
The last issue was a false alarm isolated to background jobs, so things seem to operate within normal parameters
We are seeing increased error rates from our load balancers again, and will continue to investigate
Things have stabilised again, and both app and portal should be responding as normal. We will continue to monitor
We are currently seeing some failures on our Loadbalancers, which can cause app and portal to become unresponsive. We are working on it.
