Degraded performance for Sparebank 1 banks

The provider of these banks in Norway has identified the issue as related to the digital infrastructure of said banks.

The root problem lies with the check of credentials when we call for the transaction data. To put it simply, it creates loops where the authentication fails, thereby returning various errors related to authentication when it in fact was approved to begin with.

The provider understands the urgency of the issue and already has plans to optimize this particular problem and will move forward to fix the issue.
