Lumen Circuit Outage

Fiber repairs were completed and circuits restored at approximately 10:45PM last night.

The splice team continues preparing both ends of the fiber for splicing.

The local provider is currently placing replacement fiber, but is still unable to provide an ETR at this time.

The local provider has determined that approximately 300 feet of fiber will need to be replaced. The construction and splice teams remain en- route to the location, but the local provider was unable to provide an estimated time of arrival

Construction and splice crews have been engaged for dispatch to the area of the fiber damage. No ETA yet.

Local fiber provider has confirmed a fiber cut is affecting service. A local technician has been dispatched to investigate further. No ETR.

Initial investigations by Lumen technicians indicate a suspected network fault on a local providers network. The Lumen NOC has engaged the local provider for further troubleshooting.

Several Lumen circuits are experiencing an outage that began at 11:34AM. Lumen is aware of the outage and troubleshooting to determine the cause.
