Dear Motive customers, Some fleets may be experiencing a delay of events and their notifications, as well as a delay in the fleet view dashboard. Currently, our Fleet event and location data pipelines may be delayed by up to 30m We apologize for the inconvenience and will update our status page as things progress.

The delay in fleet events and historical locations has been partially resolved. A permanent fix will be in place within the next few hours to ensure this does not occur again.

Dear Motive customers,

We are still seeing a delay in fleet events vehicle related reports, alerts and location history of up to 30 minutes, but is expected to decrease moving forward.

We will update as soon as we have more info to share.
