Dear Motive Customers,
On June 11th, between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM PDT, we will be upgrading critical network components. During this time, users may experience up to 5 minutes of potential interruptions and may encounter errors in the Fleet Dashboard, Driver and Fleet mobile apps, as well as public APIs. Rest assured, no data will be lost during any interruptions, as retries will proceed as usual.
This maintenance is scheduled to enhance the security, reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Our teams will work diligently to minimize the duration of any interruptions.
