Fleets may be experiencing delays in Safety events (such as hard braking or collision), AI Dashcam events (such as close following, driver distraction, and mobile phone usage), and new Motive Analytics data.
Our teams are working to restore these sources to real-time. We expect events to be real-time within a couple of hours.

The underlying Fleet Events issue was identified and mitigated. Face Matching is delayed and should be back to normal in 3 hours. Motive Analytics data should be caught up in 3 hours. Safety events (such as hard braking or collision), AI Dashcam events (such as close following, driver distraction, and mobile phone usage) are delayed and should catch up in a few hours.
