Dear Motive customer,
We are investigating an issue causing delays in Safety Score updates and AI Coach recaps for fleets. Safety Scores in the Dashboard and Driver App may not reflect the latest driving activity. All underlying safety events are still being recorded. We’re working to restore normal processing and will provide an estimated resolution time shortly

Dear Motive customer,
Safety Scores are now fully up to date in the Dashboard and Driver App. We confirmed that all underlying safety events were successfully recorded during the delay and have now been fully incorporated into the scores.
We’re working to restore normal processing of AI Coach recaps, and will provide an update by 2:30PM Pacific Time Zone. We apologize for the inconvenience.
