We are currently experiencing an issue affecting AI Dashcam Plus devices for customers in the United States and Canada.
What is happening:
Since approximately 9:00 AM PT (12:00 PM ET) on October 6, AI Dashcam Plus devices have been unable to upload most AI-detected events and video recall requests due to a backend processing delay.
How this impacts you:
• AI-detected safety events (images and video) from AI Dashcam Plus devices are not appearing in the dashboard.
• Video recall requests for AI Dashcam Plus devices are not completing.
• Other dashcam models, including AI Dashcam, are not affected. Customers in Europe are not affected.
• We are confirming whether events recorded during this period will upload automatically once service is restored, and will share an update on this.
What we are doing:
Our engineering team is treating this as a critical priority. We have increased processing capacity and are actively monitoring as the backlog clears.
