This incident has been resolved.
On September 20th, one of the Moxie / Office365 security keys that is used to authenticate Moxie with Microsoft Calendar and Email services went into an expired status. The security key has since been cycled and services are now restored to normal.
Users may see that their Communicator email accounts or linked Microsoft calendar are in a disconnected / disabled status.
For Communicator Mailboxes, users can click into the mailbox and utilize the "Sign in with Microsoft" button to refresh your authentication. Once the account is reconnected, the "Sync Enabled" checkbox should be selected to re-enable inbox sync.
For linked Microsoft calendars, users will need to navigate to Workspace settings --> Integrations and choose the "Sign in Microsoft" option to re-authenticate your linked calendar.
