A hotfix for this issue has been applied and playlink email notifications are going through as expected. Thank you for your patience as our team worked through this issue.
UPDATE: The root cause of the Playlink Email Notification Suppression issue reported earlier has been identified. A fix is currently being worked on, and we will update the status of that fix as it is implemented.
We are currently investigating an issue whereby email notifications for certain Playlink types are not being delivered to recipients.
For inbox-only Playlinks, messages are reaching the Flow Capture Inbox and recipients can view content as normal. However, the accompanying email notifications are not going out to recipients.
Email notifications for all other Playlink types are being delivered as expected.
Our engineering team is working on determining root cause and delivering a fix.
