Affected services due to AWS outage

AWS is having service failures in it's eastern regions which is having effects on our own services.
We are currently not able to:
Onboard new computers
Onboard VOIP clients
Some VOIP clients in the eastern region may experience degraded performance or call drop outs. Our secondary servers are spooling up as necessary, but may take up to 15-30 minutes to fully overtake the primary servers
All other regions are unaffected.

AWS has deployed a fix and is noticing a great improvement on their network.
Our services are slowly coming back online.
We will continue to monitor the situation.
