Hello, AWS is facing a failure in their Lambda service. As a result, we are not currently able to make changes to VOIP services such as purchasing new phone numbers or porting numbers. We are able to make any other changes. Call quality or routing is not affected at this time. We continue to monitor the situation Thank you

AWS has implemented a fix which appears to be bringing service back online. While we appear to be able to make these changes now, we have not yet gotten the final all clear from AWS.

We are monitoring the service for improvements

Hello,

AWS is facing a failure in their Lambda service.
