N-able Adlumin experienced a UI issue that prevented existing data from displaying in the portal for multiple data sources including S1, VPN, Azure, and Office 365, though detections continued to function normally. The incident lasted 70.2 hours and affected all regions (Americas, APAC, and Europe), with the fix gradually propagating to customers over several days. The issue was resolved first for US customers, followed by other regions, with Europe experiencing the longest delays in receiving the complete fix.
