Affected users may encounter an error stating that a message is not present in quarantine when attempting to view or release quarantined emails.
Our teams are actively investigating the issue. Early findings indicate that the problem may be related to connectivity issues affecting portions of the quarantine infrastructure. We are working to identify the root cause and restore normal functionality as quickly as possible.
