We are aware of an issue causing degraded performance in our messaging and notification services. This may result in approximately 5% of messages being delayed or failing to deliver. This incident is caused by the ongoing, widespread AWS service disruption. Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation. We anticipate that our messaging services will be fully restored once the underlying AWS issue is resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
