Subset of Customers Experiencing Pulse Realtime Issues

NCR Voyix is currently investigating an issue impacting a subset of customers where users are able to successfully log in to Pulse, however real-time data is not updating as expected within the application. Our technical teams have identified the issue and are actively working to determine the underlying cause and restore normal functionality. Customers may experience delayed or stale operational data while this issue persists. Customer Impact A subset of customers are affected. Users can successfully access and authenticate into Pulse. Real-time dashboards, metrics, and reporting data may not refresh or display current information. We understand the importance of timely operational visibility and are treating this issue with the highest priority. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
