We are seeing full recovery and project and branches can now be created without issues. We'll keep monitoring the situation.
We're still working on resolving the current issue. Only the creation of branches and projects are impacted, database operations of existing projects/branches aren't impacted.
We've noticed an issue with branch and project creation in us-east-2 and have identified the root cause. We're now working on returning operations back to normal.
