Dear Customer, This email is to inform you about upcoming scheduled maintenance on our infrastructure that may have a minor impact on the CVS service. The maintenance window is scheduled for: Date: Dec 09, 2024 Start Time: 11:00 am UTC Estimated Duration: 4 Hours What to Expect: During this maintenance window, you may experience the following: Brief service interruptions: We're fixing our infrastructure to make sure the IP addressing is unique across the fleet. During the maintenance window, there will be no interruptions to your application access to data. You will experience an impact on the new volume provisioning functionality if you have an impending completion of deletion of the last volume in your account. In case your new application volume provisioning fails, you can retry the operation. We understand that any period of inactivity is not ideal, so we have intentionally scheduled this maintenance at a time when it will cause the least disruption. Our team will be working diligently to complete the maintenance quickly and efficiently. Why We are Performing Maintenance: We regularly perform infrastructure maintenance to: * Improve the performance and reliability of our services. * Implement new features and functionality. * Address any security vulnerabilities. What You Can Do: Plan ahead: If feasible, please arrange for any critical tasks that require new volume provisioning to be scheduled outside of the maintenance window.
