The issue with performance in the US Service region is now fully resolved. All documents that were uploaded during the disruption are now fully searchable by metadata. We have identified the issue with performance in the US Service region and have taken action to remediate. Users experiencing general slowness when navigating to workspaces should begin seeing an improvement of that experience. Document searching remains affected as documents uploaded in the last 90 minutes are still processing.
