All documents that were uploaded during the disruption are now fully searchable by metadata.

We have identified the issue with performance in the US Service region and have taken action to remediate. Users experiencing general slowness when navigating the web interface and loading workspaces should begin seeing an improvement of that experience. Document searching remains affected as recently uploaded documents are still processing.

We are continuing to investigate an issue with the US Service. Users may experience general slowness when navigating the web interface, workspaces not properly loading, or the inability to check documents in or out.

Documents continue to be searchable when searched by Document ID number.
