We are aware of an issue currently affecting NetVault phone services. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating the cause. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Customers requiring urgent assistance are encouraged to reach out via email to NetVault Support at support@netvault.net.au while we work to resolve this.

Our engineers have identified the root cause of the current phone services disruption. The issue has been traced to a one of our upstream telephony carriers affecting inbound call routing. We are actively working with the affected upstream telephony carrier to restore full service as quickly as possible.

NetVault engineers are routing around the affected upstream carrier where possible.

Estimated Time to Restore: No ETR at this time.
