Allected services from the Telstra network appear to be gradually restoring, but NetVault monitoring is still showing many services offline. Reports indicate that rebooting the mobile handset or device can temporarily restore services, but this issue is still not fully resolved.
More details will be shared here as to when NetVault engineers recieve more information from Telstra and our internal sources.
