This incident has been resolved following confirmation from impacted integrations. Additional test cases for the `/userinfo` endpoint will be added to QA.

The hotfix to resolve the `/userinfo` endpoint issue has been released (v1.3.4) and reported to be resolved. We will continue to monitor.
