The incident impacted workflow performance (slower startup times), file-related operations, form attachments, and workflow alerting capabilities. The engineering team coordinated with Microsoft Support to resolve the underlying Azure service issues.

Microsoft have confirmed that there is currently a service degradation impacting Azure Service Bus in several regions globally which MS are actively mitigating.
This is impacting a number of capabilities within Nintex Workflow including - Workflow Alerting, File Attachments in Forms, Tasks, & Activity Feed.
