We have identified the source of the issue affecting users accessing Process Manager through VPN. Investigation confirmed that traffic originating from the customer's VPN public IP address was being blocked by Azure Front Door, resulting in a 403 Forbidden response and preventing access to the application.

The affected VPN public IP has now been whitelisted in Azure Front Door, and we are currently awaiting configuration propagation across the service. Once propagation is complete, affected users should be able to access Process Manager normally while connected to the VPN.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide a further update once access has been fully restored.
