Mastercard Processing Issue on TSYS Sierra

We have identified the issue impacting Mastercard transactions of merchants on the TSYS (Sierra) processor. The appropriate parties have been informed and are working to resolve. An update will be provided shortly.

We are currently investigating a potential service incident that may be impacting a small number of merchants processing Mastercard transactions through TSYS Sierra. A further update will be provided shortly.
