Student Profile Report and Family Report not loading

NWEA engineers have continued to monitor the status of MAP Growth Student Profile and Family Reports. Both continue to load as expected and this issue has been resolved.

NWEA Engineers have implemented a fix and partners should now have access to the MAP Growth Student Profile and Family reports. If you experience issues accessing these two reports, please contact NWEA technical support. NWEA Engineers will continue to monitor this issue.

We are currently investigating reports that some users are encountering difficulties accessing the Student Profile and Family reports on MAP Growth. NWEA engineers are scheduled to implement a potential solution from 4 PM to 9 PM PST today. During this period, there may be intermittent disruptions while accessing any MAP Growth reports or during MAP Growth testing sessions.

We will provide an update once the maintenance is complete.
