Outage Details

We have identified an issue impacting the HMH Rostering Service and Administrators are unable to roster. If you are only using the legacy NWEA rostering service, MARC file or manual rostering is available. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and updates will be provided here when information becomes available. Thank you for your patience during this disruption.

Customers utilizing the HMH Rostering Service may experience delays in rostering today. Districts using NWEA Clever, NWEA Classlink or NWEA file based rostering are not impacted by this delay.

Our teams have enabled the vast majority of customers to roster. The small remaining who are still unable to roster will see a message when they attempt to roster within the platform and we are working to restore these final customers as quickly as possible.
