NWEA Rostering Service Interruption

Our teams have made more progress in restoring rostering service, however some organizations remain unable to roster. Addressing this issue is our top priority and we thank you for your patience.

If your Administrator receives a message indicating you are unable to roster, please do not attempt to roster. Once rostering service for your organization has been restored, this message will no longer appear.

We continue working to restore rostering service for all customers. If your organization is impacted, an alert will display for Administrators communicating that they should not attempt to roster.

Our teams have restored rostering service for the bulk of our users. However, some still remain unable to roster. If your organization is impacted, an alert will display for Administrators communicating that they should not attempt to roster.

We have identified an issue impacting the HMH Rostering Service and Administrators are unable to roster. If you are only using the legacy NWEA rostering service, MARC file or manual rostering is available.
