Outage Details

NWEA has identified an issue in which school and district administrators are unable to access Student Profile and Family Report for all students in their school or district when navigating to those reports from the start page or report landing page tiles. NWEA engineers have identified a fix, it is being tested, and will be deployed in the planned maintenance downtime window on Friday August 16. In the meantime, those with district or school administrator access can view Student Profile and Family Reports through the embedded links on Class Profile or through the student quick search on the MAP Growth report's landing page.
