This issue occurs when the company name contains a comma (,). In addition, the issue appears to affect Google Chrome and has not been reported in other browsers.
As a workaround, you can either:
- Remove the comma from the company name, or
- Perform the export using a different browser than Google Chrome.
We continue to investigate the underlying cause and will update this page as soon as more information becomes available.
