Exact Reeleezee – Rabobank Bank Transaction Import Delay

This issue has been resolved. The transactions from the affected period have now been successfully imported for most customers.
For a small number of customers, the remaining transactions are expected to be imported later today.
If you notice that some historical transactions are still missing tomorrow, you can retrieve them manually.

First, please try selecting "Retrieve Transactions" via "Manage Bank Connection" from your bank account settings in Reeleezee.
If the missing transactions are still not displayed, you can download a CAMT.053 file containing the missing transactions from your online banking environment and import it into Reeleezee via the bank overview.

You may notice that Rabobank bank transactions from between 31 August 2026 and 2 September 2026 have not been imported via PSD2 and Rabo Boekhoudkoppeling 2.0. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
