UAF Student Printing Outage

Pharos/Student printers are fully operational, and we are marking this issue as resolved! Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we worked towards this resolution.

A fix has been implemented; print.alaska.edu is accepting uploads, and Pharos/Student printers are online. The underlying networking issue that caused these outages has been resolved, so we expect this to be a stable solution. Pharos/student printers are partially functional and usable for scanning, but are continuing to have difficulty connecting to our print servers. The responsible team has been made aware of this issue and is troubleshooting now. We are actively communicating with our vendor and expect a full resolution shortly.
