At approximately 4:45 PM Eastern US Time,

The Omatic team resolved the issue with DNS resoloution affecting IOM, OIC, Financial integrations, and other services resulting in service timeouts, login failures, and other errors.

As of 5:15 PM several customers and Omatic's external monitoring are reporting the issue as resolved.

Omatic engineers have identified an issue with DNS Name Resolution affecting several Omatic Software services resulting in login errors, timeouts, other unexplained errors.

The team is tracking status with GoDaddy and developing more information about impacted services.

Update: DNS lookup for any omaticsoftware.com names is moved to an alternate resolver and should resolve reliably as that change propagates through the internet. Some services may still be impacted if they depend on other domain names.

Updates are expected twice daily or on a change of status.
