We are currently investigating an issue affecting customers who create tasks via third-party POS or API integrations. Tasks created through these integrations may not appear in the Onfleet Dashboard, even though they have been successfully created.
What is affected:
Tasks created via API integrations (e.g., POS systems, third-party platforms)
Dashboard visibility of those tasks
What is not affected:
Task creation itself — tasks are being created successfully
Manually created tasks in the Dashboard
We have identified the likely cause and are working on a fix. We will provide an update as soon as one is available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
