The extended maintenance window successfully concluded at approximately 3:00 AM Eastern, and connectivity to all Onspring instances has been fully restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the process.

We are actively investigating connectivity issues arising from our maintenance window and will continue to provide updates until the maintenance is fully completed.

The scheduled maintenance window for September 14, 2024, has been extended. Onspring users may continue to experience connectivity issues until further notice. Our team is working diligently to complete the updates as quickly as possible and we will provide additional updates once the maintenance is finalized. As a reminder, no software changes are being made to the Onspring system.
